Customer Rating: Summary: Good but with problems. Comment: Like another who has posted a review I broke my original and ordered these as a replacement. Also like the other review after about a month of use they developed a short. Now I can sometimes hear from one side or the other. Sometimes both or neither. The effect can be induced by wiggling the wire where it meets the jack. I'm guessing the plastic used is very cheap and thin and eventually wears or cracks inducing shorts. Sadly though I'm not sure what alternative there is. I may just buy a few of these as they are cheap heh.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good headphones, excellent headset Comment: You just can't beat these for the price (I paid $6 total). They are actually good headphones if you buy them just for that, but they are the best hands-free headset I've ever had. The sound quality is good, you can go "stereo" if you want, and the button acts as mute/pause.
Customer Rating: Summary: Very uncomfortable and unhelpful headset Comment: The product shipped and was delivered on time. However the product itself is really bad!
1. The wires from the joint to the ear buds are not of the same length - One is longer than the other. Poses significant problems in wearing them
2. Due to this the microphone sits in a place where the other person can't hear you at all
3. Even if you put the mic close to your mouth and speak it is very muffled
4. Needless to say due to these the wires don't fold very well - You can't just wrap it around the blackberry like you normally would (mic too big)
5. The stereo headphones give you amazing clarity - which will make you think that the other end can hear you equally well; Sadly that is not the case
Overall, unless you knew exactly what you were buying and wanted to really buy it for a good reason - don't
Customer Rating: Summary: Works great, for awhile. Comment: This headset worked great for months, then, just like my original headset, it started to short, snap, and echo. A few days later it was completely dead.
I need to find something sturdier.
Customer Rating: Summary: As Expected Comment: I broke the headphones that came with my Blackberry Curve. Ordered replacements and they worked as expected and arrived promptly. Love the features of these headphones and did not want to settle for a standard set.
