A few days after receiving it, the AC adapter quite working so it would only charge the phone from the computer's USB port and not the spare battery (which requires the AC adapter). I wrote to Bargain Cell and got a general FAQ about how to use the product. When i again explained that the AC adapter was DEFECTIVE (i.e., no voltage output), they agreed to replace the product.
