Summary: GREAT headset improvement - but you can't buy a 2nd charger!
Comment: The H710 is a world of improvement to the H700. I exchanged the H700 for a new H700 replacement at the Sprint store 3 times because we all thought each was a bad unit. Finally we found out that the technology for the H700 has a "known" problem that makes it act like it needs a charge only an hour after a full charge. Motorola apparently didn't think it was important to correct their issue, so consumers beware. The H710 has fixed the problem with charging, but if your like me, and you talk alot, you need a 2nd power cord. You CANT BUY THEM! Don't even think you can buy a 2nd Mini USB charger ANYWHERE! I had to buy a 2nd H710 to get a 2nd charger and it actually helped me to have 1 headset on standby ready to go in case its needed. The sound quality and 2 phone capability of the H710 are outstanding! (Just be aware that Motorola doesn't sell the wall charger. You can buy a car charger but its hard to use the headset while its plugged in!)

Comment: Hello. Sorry so long to get back to review this, it is spring and it really gets crazy here. The sound quality is really good, as good as the phone itself, when it gets noisey it lacks a little bit, but over all not that bad , only complaint is if it gets windy nobody can hear me, minor detail, just cut it off and use the phone. I was impressed with how fast it got here from Texas, I live in Western New York and it was here in 3 days, with no problems or worries. Would not hesitate to buy from these people again

Comment: I bought this ear piece and then read some reviews saying it was terrible. However, I love it and I've had no problems with it. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. I like the fast quick-connect to my phone and the small compact size that allows it to fit right into my shirt pocket. The ear piece is a great improvement over it's predecessor. I recommend it to everyone and this seller. The product was just as advertised and works wonderfully.

Summary: Overall, Excellent so far.
Comment: This is my first bluetooth wireless headset. So far it has worked flawlessly. When talking to others, nobody can tell whether I am on my regular cellular phone (Verizon G'zOne Type-S) or talking on the headset. The headset charges fast, is comfortable on the ear and the folding boom mic is a nice added feature that conserves the battery. Pairing was extremely simple and only took about thirty seconds or less to pair with my phone.
Only downside is that this headset has to have a seperate charger just for it and no way to plug into a USB port to charge or something a little more convenient. Also, I would have like it if the headset were waterproof for added ruggedness or if in a wet or damp environment. If so, it would be the perfect compliment to my phone as my phone is waterproof.
Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone. I have done thorough research on bluetooth headsets for months before making this purchase. Time and time again, the reviews (from the customers) are overwhelming positive for this product and I would agree on this. For novice or experienced bluetooth headset users, this is the one that I would recommend.
