This is the first Bluetooth device I've used that worked for me. I tried Plantronics Voyager 510 and it was horrible. Lots of static and poor sound. Pros: --Very light weight, fairly comfortable to wear --Easy to pair with my LG Muziq phone --Simple to use, buttons are nicely placed and easy to use --Pretty good sound quality on both ends...I can hear clear and be clearly heard (although, if you have the volume all the way up the other person may hear an echo of themselves) --Minigel is comfortable, comes with two different sizes (4 nubs total) Cons: --The fit is a bit tight around the ear...it become uncomfortable after extend time of use (my ear is of normal size...I'm not Dumbo) --Bright silver mouth piece...not easy to hide even with long hair (I don't want my co-works knowing I use this) --Cheap plastic (more so the buttons)...I can see how easily this would break --What's the point of the LED? It's nice to be able to tell that it's on but the light is behind the ear while wearing it. I can't comment on the battery life. I haven't used it long enough. The vibrating feature is...interesting. It can feel kind of funky at first. Overall, I like it. It works well for me. Customer Rating: Summary: Not up to Jabra Comment: Until recently, Jabra was my favorite. The Jabra 500 w/Vibe is definitely not up to the quality of the 250v that I replaced. It's thinner and lighter, but voice quality is terrible, on both ends. Lots of static, even right after a full charge. Expensive mistake. It looked like the perfect replacement, but I can see why they weren't around long and I didn't find that model in stores.
