is true, while the items do as stated...they
are shotty built...I could not get the ear bud
to fit my phone ....the car jack became hot...
and the case tore as I attempt to place it on
my cell phone. I shall know better in the

Comment: The tabs on the connector that plug in to the phone broke off the very first time I tried to use the earphone. What do you want for $6.99 I guess?

Comment: I give this 4 stars because of the price - it is very affordable compared to the items you can get in the AT&T store.
The charger works fine, I don't use the case (but I tried to squeeze my phone into it and it seems like the fit is VERY tight.) I wanted this headset because I didn't want to drain battery life with blue tooth. The headset is very difficult to plug into the jack. You have to use a lot of force to get it to snap into place - I thought I was doing it wrong and was going to break my phone or that it didn't fit or that it was the wrong headset. I had my husband use his full force and after a few minutes of trying it snapped into place. After about a week of snapping in and snapping out, it's become a little easier to lock into place.
