Summary: Works Well Overall
Comment: It works. I can connect it to both my cell phone and my computer and it automatically is able to switch back and forth between my cell phone calls, skype, and music playing on my computer. You do have to fiddle with it at first to make sure your computer properly pairs but overall its good.

Comment: This is my second BT8010, only because my first unit dropped out of my pocket and was run over by a car. It works as advertised. My only critisism lies in it's weight. After an hour or so it will start to annoy my ear. Maybe less options and would make the unit lighter and more comfortable to wear, but it does get the job done. Not quite 10 hours of battery life, more like six.

Comment: I received this for a gift and was really excited about it until It wouldn't stay in my ear. I didn't get a chance to try the radio because i couldn't enjoy the bluetoth while talking on the phone. it was more of a hassel than convience. I am going to get one that will go into the ear and stay.

Comment: I've had numerous bluetooth headsets over the past few years. Each of them have had "issues". But so far I really love this one. I can hear very clearly on it. It has a nice range of volume that can easily be adjusted for the setting you're in. It's easy to use with my voice activated dialing. Lightweight. My only complaint at all is because of the way my ears are shaped, I do have to adjust the earpiece to be very snug so that it feels secure & after a while it does begin to hurt behind my ear a little. But I do believe that's just my ear & most people won't have the problem. I had bought one of these for my son for Christmas & he's very happy with his also & doesn't have this problem with it. I highly recommned it.

The main headset offers a host of controls as well as an OLED screen that can recall up to 30 stored contacts. | The main mono unit of the Jabra BT8010 looks like a standard wireless headset with a comfortable ear loop. However, unlike most headsets, it includes a large OLED (organic light emitting diode) display on the side (with blue text on black background) that displays volume level, battery level, mode (phone or music), and caller ID. The BT8010 has a scrollable call history of the latest 15 incoming calls as well as an internal phonebook of 30 contacts. It includes controls for answering/ending a call and music playback, as well as dialing the last number or rejecting a call (phone dependent features). When you're ready to listen to your tunes, simply connect the second stereo earpiece to the main mono headset via the 14-inch USB cable and tap the mode button to switch to Music mode. While in this mode, the headset functions as a remote control for your music player with play, pause, track forward, and volume functions.
