Comment: The AC and USB cables were DOA, though the car charger worked. The CD with "software" actually contained Excel spreadsheet with hyperlinks to different manufacturers' websites - the one for Samsung pointed to their UK site and was stale. The CD had minor blemishes/scratches, and whoever packed it was apparently in a great rush.
Overall, the quality of the products is shoddy at best - very evident that they found a cheap supplier. Cheap, and inexpensive, that is.
However, customer service was great, and I promptly received a refund. Want to give them the benefit of the doubt, and maybe I received one from a bad batch.
