They seem to be holding it hostage for a good review. So, I'd say buy the cover if you don't need a clip. When the case arrived, it was actually a metallic indigo that leans more toward the purple side. However, it wasn't worth eating the shipping costs both way to return it so I kept it. It fits and works well, except that my charger doesn't fit fully in (the car one does however) so if it is plugged in and I move the phone it tends to stop charging without me noticing. Also, I have dropped my phone a few times with the cover on (the reason I bought it) and the rubberized coating scratches off pretty easily, so I'm not sure how long this will last. If the company simply changed the color/description/picture to be more accurate I would have no problem with this product for it's price.
