I was disappointed with the fit of the headset, I think it is made for people with big ear canal. The earbud does not fit securly in my small ear (with or without the loop). The bulk box product does not come with extra earbuds (I am not sure if complete box comes with it or not) and it such a bad fit that I had to get another one. It has a great sound quality but nothing out of the world. I bought Jabra BT8040 and it is the best fitting in-ear headset that I have ever seen.
