Summary: Useful software and cable
Comment: I bought this product to: 1/synchronize Outlook contacts, 2/ transfer pictures & music and 3/ charge the phone off my laptops USB port. This product does do all 3 things, but only after some exploring.
I found that after loading the software, the main menu options for Contacts was through a separate contact list, seemingly not with Outlook (one of the main reasons for buying this product). The guide indicated you can do a one-time transfer of an Outlook export file, again not a true sync'd setup. Only after clicking through the all the software menus did I find that it DOES allow for syncing with Outlook.
Another quirk is you have to run an application to charge your phone using the supplied USB cable. You have to run the app, choose the charge button, and connect the phone within 5-8 secs. If you are too slow (USB cable up-side-down), then you have to start over.
Overall, the product works as advertised, but it makes you work for the results. If you have hundreds of contacts and need to charge your phone while traveling, this is a great product.
