Customer Rating: Summary: Buy a jawbone instead... Comment: I'm returning this headset.
The sound quality is no better than any other (less expensive) headset I've worn and the earpiece barely fits in my ear.
The earpiece connects to the headset with a large plastic square that pinches my ear, making it uncomfortable to wear.
If my phone is more than two feet away from the headset (in my pants pocket), I get static.
Although the power connection looks like a standard mini-usb plug - it's proprietary and can only charge this headset. It won't charge my phone and my phone charger won't charge this headset.
I owned a Jawbone before this and had much better success with that. I'm going to spring for the Jawbone Bluetooth Headset with NoiseAssassin-Black (Jawbone II) instead.
Customer Rating: Summary: The best one I've had so far... Comment: I've had a few bluetooth headsets over the past few years, and this is easily the best one I've used so far.
The main talking points have already been covered to death, so I'm just going to give you a couple of reasons why I love it.
First and foremost, it pairs to two devices. Most headsets will only pair to one device, so if you want to switch between devices, you have to re-pair it every time. In my case, I have the headset paired to both my Motorola Q and my Playstation 3. Whichever device I am using at the time, the headset will automatically connect to that device.
The sound quality is excellent, and the range is far greater than any other headset I've used.
So there it is. It may not be a ten page review with all the Jabra specs pasted in, but that's how I feel about the thing. :-)
In the oft-repeated words of mothers everywhere, "Try it. You'll like it."
Customer Rating: Summary: Great headset for the iPhone Comment: I've owned the JX-10 for over a year now, and am very pleased with it. The size, comfort, and quality of sound is great.
I've tried multiple bluetooth headsets with the iPhone, and this is the only one that I have had that is static free on my end.
Customer Rating: Summary: unhappy cusomer Comment: The first Jabra JX10 came defective and I had to pay over 12.00 to send it back to the Ace Photo. they would not send me a replacement until they received the defective one. Finally after nearly two weeks, a second Jabra JX10 arrived, also defective. Ace Photo refused to send a mailing label and said that I should contact Jabra. I then called Jabra and they said that they would send out another one immediately with my credit card on file along with a mailing label to return the defective one. It has been 4 days and I have not received the replacement. Jabra also informed me that the warranty started when the initial Jabra was sent out, which I think is unfair. It should begin when I receive a product that works. As you can see, I'm rather upset about this whole transaction. It makes me think it would have been better to purchase it at a local electronics store. This is the first time that this has happened, I have been satisfied in the past with other orders through Amazon.
Customer Rating: Summary: painful Comment: Sharp corners on the back dig into my ear. Extremely painful. Ear hook breaks easily, both inside and at the tip. Wind noise is not controlled very well and the volume must always be adjusted. I suggest a Motorola product instead. They must have actually had someone try their units out before putting them on the market. Jabra was obviously more interested in how the unit looked and not how it performed.

Function meets the ultimate in style with the Jabra JX10 Bluetooth headset. Featuring a design by world-renowned Danish designer Jacob Jensen, a host of powerful features, and a diminutive size that screams "wear me all day," the JX10 is sure to find a place in your mobile device entourage. The sleek, compact design makes the Jabra JX10 among the smallest and lightest headsets available. Weighing in at less than one-third of an ounce, and under an inch and a half long, you'll barely feel you're wearing it. The headset fits securely in either ear and it can be worn with or without the included earhook. Automatic volume control via DSP technology means that sound level and quality are matched to suit the environment you're in. The technology also significantly reduces background noise. Pairing the JX10 with your Bluetooth phone is a breeze, thanks to the headset's one-tough pairing button. Intuitive, fingertip controls let you answer and end calls, or adjust the volume, while a multi-colored LED informs you of Bluetooth, battery level, and charging status. When used with a compatible phone, the headset also supports voice dialing, last-number redial, call reject, call hold, and call waiting. The JX10 supports the Bluetooth 1.2 specification. With six hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time, the JX10 is engineered to last through a busy day. When you're ready to recharge it, slip it into the elegant recharging cradle. And when you're on the go, you can also charge from your laptop via an included USB cable. What's in the Box Jabra JX10 Bluetooth headset, desktop charging cradle, carry pouch, USB cable, user manual, and AC power supply.
