Summary: 1 of 4 were defective!
Comment: I ordered four of them. Two worked perfectly fine. One worked poorely during the first two charge cycles (very short charged time), but has worked fine ever since. The last of the four had one very short cycle of charge and then would not take ANY charge after that. I e-mailed the vendor and got no response (waited more than a week). I returned the item per their written instructions; having to pay the postage to do that and I waited. While waiting I had another item I purchased elsewhere test defective (I buy a LOT of stuff). I e-mailed them. I got a response the next day! They sent me a replacement with prepaid shipping to pay for the return of the defective item. I received the item very rapidly .... while still WAITING for the first vendor to even respond. I e-mailed them again - telling them the story of this OTHER VENDOR that knows how to treat a customer! They FINALLY responded by e-mail and said my replacement was "on its way". I received it shortly after that ... MUCH LONGER wait than the OTHER VENDOR and I had to pay postage to return the defective item; adding to my cost for my purchase (no comment nor apology, nothing). Thought you ould like to know! I have many more batteries to buy ... I use a huge number of gadgets ... Guess what MY plans are???

Comment: Our old battery was discharging more quickly than usual so it was time to get another one. Ordered this one and a week later had it installed and charged without any problems. Works just like the old one did when it was new.

Summary: 2nd Times a Charm
Comment: I ordered this battery on behalf of my father so that he would not have to pay for a new phone as his is somewhat dated, but suits he needs fine. The price even with shipping was worth not having to go through the hassle of a new phone and contract.
The replacement battery was shipped in the expected timeframe. Unfortunately it was completely dead and would not charge. My father e-mailed informing of the problem and probably wasted $3 and change shipping the bad battery back. In the end he recieved another battery in the same amount of time and it seems to work fine.
I can say it's a hassle to have a defective product sent to you, but the fact that this item was replaced rather painlessly deserves another shot at our business.

Comment: the batteries I received were in plastic bags, none of them matched each other as far a logos on them went, they will last maybe 2 days without a charge, one of them will not even last a day, when I first go this phone it would go 6 to 8 days without a charge for the first year..my understanding was I was buying new...but after looking very closely at them they have been in something else..
