Summary: Ear Loop Problem.
Comment: I used a few of these until each died, replacing it with the next one. Usually what went wrong was that the ear loop fatigued and failed. Logitech is a great company, and they would replace the whole unit, which was nice, but the ear loop would then fail after six months or so.
Electronically, the headset seemed to work pretty well. I would say that it has a practical life of about a year. The battery, after that, finally gave out and would not hold a full charge. I used the headset a lot, pairing it with a Motorola V551 phone.
The windstop technology does work. This model is discontinued, replaced by the Mobile Traveller, which is very similar in function, and also has an ear loop fatigue problem, though if you are very careful, you can avoid this.
Not the sexiest looking headset. But, hey, I'm a geek, anyway.
I wish Logitech would release an improved version of this series. They are a very reasonable company to deal with.

Summary: Logitech doesn't communicate
Comment: I tried both this bluetooth headset and the HS04 V01. Neither felt comfortable on either ear. The instructions were sorely lacking. Sound quality was loud enough, but poor (lots of static) with several different phones. Worst of all was the battery life - talk time of about 10 minutes just after a full charge (and with attempts to condition the battery). Two failed attempts for Logitech are enough, time to look elsewhere.

Summary: Worst Headset EVER!
Comment: I bought this when I gave my Plantronics headset to my husband. It was cheaper, so I thought, why not? BAD IDEA! I'll never go cheap with bluetooth again. This thing pokes off your head like some kind of growth, and no, it's not adjustable. It just always falls off, and is just plain annoying. I'll never buy anything like this again. Plantronics all the way from now on. If I could give less than one star I would.

Summary: Great unit and the replacement was even better!
Comment: I had this headset for about 2 1/2 months and then it would not hold a charge anymore. However, it worked great and had a decent range. The volume could have been a bit louder but overall, it was sufficient. I'm giving it five stars because LOGITECH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AND YES, I AM YELLING! Logitech honored the warranty, although it was not registered and they sent me the Logitech Traveler as a replacement at NO CHARGE! When the earclip snapped on the Traveler, I called Logitech and they sent out a replacement earclip for you guessed it, NO CHARGE!. Even if I had to buy a replacement ear clip, it only would have cost $2.95. I highly recommend any Logitech product based on their customer service alone.

Comment: It works as advertised. The charger emits a high pitched noise even when not charging. That is a pain. Also, I wish the battery would last longer and held the charge longer as well.
I had trouble connecting a PC USB BT dongle with this, but I think the BT dongle was at fault - crappy XP drivers!
